City invites venues to apply for extended service hours for Ottawa 200 celebrations

The City of Ottawa says restaurants, pubs, bars and clubs may be able to extend alcohol service hours for events tied to Ottawa's 200th anniversary on Saturday, September 26. Barrhaven venue owners who want to apply need a City letter of municipal significance and an AGCO special permit; the City advises submitting applications by the end of June because each step can take up to 30 days.
